How much is it to put in an original 1998 Honda Civic steering wheel?

I am looking at buying a car. The only problem is, it has an aftermarket racing steering wheel. I would like to replace it with an original honda civic one and was wondering how much this costs?|||the wheel is the cheap part - maybe $20-50 used on the web. The AIRBAG is going to run you $100+. I would NOT buy the car unless it came with the unused airbag and, in some states, it may be REQUIRED to be reinstalled prior to selling the car.
