What else to enhance the horsepower of a 2000 honda civic ex?

I have a 2000 honda civic ex coupe model. Its a manual transmission. I am trying to enhance the speed. So far, i have a short rim intake(aem brand) %26amp; a decent looking exhaust. I want to add headers to it also. What else can i do to it? Also, if anyone can knows of any websites where i can obtain info %26amp; get cheap prices. Good luck.|||a short ram intake doesnt increas horsepower. it only makes better air flow. if you want better performance get a cold air intake.

|||cold air intake is just an extention on a short ram intake. it puts the filter in the fender, i have one on my 2000 honda civic ex

|||loss the short ram its known as a hot air intake to give you better gas mileage get a cai and skunk 2 intake manifold 2.5 inch exhaust with a header you will notice a difference o a swap and all this for a real difference p.s. sry for the 1 year delay

|||there a lot of things you can do with the engine you have now. Headers another addition well you are going there you might as well change the Cat with an aftermarket high flow cat. For between 150 - 200 Skunk2 makes a Vtec and Fuel controller you would most likely to get someone to tune it but you can change when your vtec responds and and u can increase or decrease your fuel curve.
