I'm planning to buy a 125cc bike in the coming 2-4 months n have shortlisted the Honda Shine and Yamaha Gladiator. What I'm trying to assess is the mileage, ride comfort n after sales services which can help me in choosing between the 2 bikes.|||The Shine has better fuel economy no doubt, but overall, the Gladiator wins. It is far more comfortable than the Shine. Although it has less fuel economy (50kmpl in city, as compared to 55 for the shine), it doesnt make much of a difference (a few hundred rupees per month).
Gladiator looks better too and price wise is it actually a little cheaper than the Shine to buy.
