How much should it cost to replace a starter on a 1998 Honda Accord LX?

My 1998 Honda Accord LX won't start and will only tick when I try. My description to mechanics usually has them saying it's the starter. How much should it cost to replace it?|||I'd say the starter for that car (shops cost) is about 110.00, so with the mark up and appropriate labor 300.00 sounds about right in line.|||Your probably looking at close to 300 bucks, parts and labor.|||i think there is a recall on the starter call honda have ur vin # ready autozone murrays have cheap parts if u do it urself. honda is a fortune but they have warranty if it goes bad again|||4 or 6 cylinder engine?
