How much will new shocks and struts cost for my 1996 Honda Civic?

I have a 1996 Honda Civic that rides rough. It has 130K miles and the shocks %26amp; struts have never been replaced. I live in Washington DC. How much will parts %26amp; labor cost?|||About $900 to replace all 4 and get an alignment.|||Found the following on TireRack
