Where to obtain a honda stereo compatibility list?

I want to see what other Honda factory stereos will work in my 98 accord. Specifically will a 04 honda element stereo work in my 98 accord.|||Any Radio can fit in your Accord since it has a double DIN|||only if you have ther radio code for it, if you dont you will not be able to use it
