Honda mower just back from its annual maintenance at the dealership. Will not start. Suggestions?

Honda GCV 160. Won't (pull) start with choke on or off.|||Maybe they forgot to put the plug wire back on.|||Thanks! Spark plug was fouled. Runs like hell now!

Nice Hat Carl !!|||simple, take it back and tell them it will not start. One thing you might try first though is to pull the spark plug and pour just a little gas into the cylinder, replace plug and then try again. I have two motors I have to prime this way every spring
