Honda did a check up on my car (2001 Honda Accord) and they said my timing belt needs to be replaced for $2,000. My car has 110,000 miles. How much should it cost to be replaced? $2,000 seems like a rip off to me.|||What engine?
V-6?
With water pump too?
Coolant/radiator flush?
If they do it right and COMPLETE?
Sounds about right.
If it's a four cylinder and they only replace the belt, then it's about $600.
