1995 Honda civic makes squealing noise when you start the vehicle?
Hey everyone I really need some help with my 1995 Honda civic.Just today i started up my vehicle and once i started it, it made a loud squealing/screeching noise. So i got one of my family members to look at it and they said that its probably the alternator belt.I checked it out and it seems pretty tight and im not sure if thats normal. Can someone please help me ASAP.|||It may be the bearings going bad on one of the accessories. You can check by removing the belt(s) and spin the pulleys by hand. They should spin easily with no noise or friction. If the pulleys are good, then one of your belts has become hard and glazed and should be replaced.|||sounds like the belt. it might be tight but it could be glazed and causing it to slip.|||Sounds like a slipping belt.
