I have Honda crossbars for a roof rack, the person I bought them from said that they were for a honda pilot. Little did I know that they were not for a honda pilot cause the are to narrow. They have indented numbers on the bases but every time I search them online they dont shoe up or cross reference to anything, They are OEM but no dice as to what vehicle they are for.|||One possibility is that the crossbars COULD belong to a Pilot, but they may not belong to the current (or particular) model year. Another option is that they do belong to another vehicle, but just not those that of a current generation of production making their part number not-so-prominent.
The best place to look first would be your local Honda dealer's parts desk. You can simply call and provide them with whatever numbers you have and they'll tell you what they come up with. They have access to Honda's full catalog (recent past and present); and they're also familiar enough with the part numbering convention to know what you're reading to them and perhaps anything further they might need to identify them accurately.
Another option would be to measure the cross bars and query "Honda", "crossbars", and their width. That might provide you with an item detail page for the same product if the number you happen to have isn't relevant or if it happens to be from a much older model year or different model.
A final opportunity would be to go where all sorts of obscure parts can be found, eBay. You can then search for "Honda crossbars" (and perhaps their color or width), and see what comes up. You may even be able to use any pictures accompanying the items to compare them to yours. You're then able to communicate with the seller and perhaps ask for any information they may have which might be helpful in further identifying yours.
Best of luck. I hope this helps.
